Kinetiq and DAIVID Launch Joint Monthly U.S. Report Showcasing the Top-Performing TV Ads

Ad promoting LeBron James Foundation’s partnership with Indeed tops list of October’s most effective ads; TV spots from TikTok, Subaru and Taco Bell also make top 10

PHILADELPHIA and LONDON – November 6, 2025 – Kinetiq, the AI-powered platform transforming global media intelligence into actionable insights, and DAIVID, a pioneer in using AI to measure and improve the effectiveness of brands’ creative, today launched a new joint monthly report highlighting the top-performing TV ads in the U.S.

The new report, titled “Breaking TV Ads Report”, combines Kinetiq’s real-time TV ad tracking with DAIVID’s AI-driven creative analytics to uncover which newly-launched TV ads broke through, why they resonated with audiences and what brands can learn from their success.

Each edition features a rundown of the month’s top new TV ads – ranked by their ability to generate positive emotions, capture attention and drive correct brand recall – along with insights into emerging creative trends. Here are some of the insights from October’s report:

  • An ad promoting Indeed’s partnership with the LeBron James Family Foundation topped the list as October’s most effective new TV ad. The spot, titled “What If LeBron James’ Skills Were Never Seen?”, follows NBA star LeBron James’ journey from his early life to his current work with the Foundation and promotes a skills-first approach to hiring. The ad achieved 11% higher intense positive emotion and 7% higher attention than the average U.S. TV ad;
  • Other brands in the top 10 most effective new TV spots for October include TikTok, which features twice, Subaru and Taco Bell;
  • Family, mentorship and belonging emerged as the strongest themes across October’s top-performing creatives.

The new monthly reports mark the latest milestone in Kinetiq’s collaboration with creative data provider DAIVID. The two companies first partnered in March, enabling brands, agencies and media owners continuous, large-scale creative analysis across all linear TV and CTV advertising.

Methodology

Using proprietary ad detection technologies, Kinetiq identified all U.S. ads that first aired in October. The analysis is based on more than one million real-time daily detections across all major national networks, 210 U.S. DMAs, and 15 streaming apps.

The ads were then ranked for their creative effectiveness using DAIVID’s AI-powered technology, which enables brands, agencies and influencers to benchmark the emotional responses, attention levels and brand impact of their ads against their rivals’ campaigns in real-time. Trained using tens of millions of human responses to ads, DAIVID’s AI models use a predictive algorithm that lets advertisers know within seconds the emotional and business impact of a video or image – enabling marketers to measure the effectiveness of their ad campaigns at scale.

Ads featured on the Breaking Ads Chart are ranked using DAIVID’s Creative Effectiveness Score (CES) – a composite metric that combines the three main drivers of effectiveness – attention, emotions and correct brand recall.
